About Us

Kindle works with communities and groups to ensure they have the right space they need to provide services. Driven by our mission, we are an experienced developer that cares about building sustainable and community driven spaces.

Kindle was incorporated in 2001 and is a non-profit and socially responsible landlord. We develop and manage properties such as the Shelldale Centre with partners and community members that serve the needs of at-risk children, youth and families.

Our Mission

We own and manage properties, reinvest in communities and support organizations that serve people in Guelph and Wellington
